BioCAsia (often stylized as BioC Asia) is an annual regional conference dedicated to the Bioconductor project—a massively popular, open-source software ecosystem based on the R programming language used for bioinformatics and computational biology.

While the main Bioconductor conference takes place every summer in North America, BioCAsia serves as the official regional gathering for the Asia-Pacific region.

The conference rotates locations across the Asia-Pacific region each year. It is frequently co-located or partnered with ABACBS.
