Call for Abstracts

We invite abstract submissions from students, researchers, academics, and industry professionals working across all areas of bioinformatics and computational biology.

Presenter Requirements

The presenting author is required to attend the conference physically and present their work. Presenting authors must be registered participants. In case, the presenting author does not register, the abstract may be automatically withdrawn.

Abstracts may be considered for either an oral talk (15 mins + 5 mins Q&A) or a poster presentation. You may indicate a preference at the time of submission, or select both to increase your chances of being accepted.

Best poster abstracts may be selected for 3-minute lightning talks during the main program.

Submission Guidelines

  • Abstracts must be written in English

  • Must fit within one page, using Arial font, 11pt

  • Must be submitted as a PDF

  • Abstract content: 250 words or less

  • Title: 30 words or less

  • Include your contribution to the research described: 100 words or less

  • The presenting author must attend physically and be a registered participant
