Brief position description:
The Cancer Genomics Translational Research Centre (TRC) at Peter Mac is seeking a highly skilled Senior Bioinformatician to develop and apply computational tools for analysing large-scale genomic data, including whole genome, methylation, single-cell, and spatial sequencing. Working closely with clinical, laboratory, and commercial partners, the role involves designing experiments, interpreting results, reporting findings, and supporting translational research projects. The position also contributes to developing new analytical methods, and engaging with industry partners to advance precision cancer genomics.
