Brief position description: As part of an ambitious 5-year strategy to drive the Institute’s mission to discover new medicines, WEHI Genomics is investing in platforms, staff and R&D across all advanced genomics technologies. Our Senior Sequencing Bioinformatician (new post) will implement computational workflows for sequencing data QC, data processing and routine analysis across all of our platforms and will undertake novel analyses for new assays and platforms in collaboration with our R&D team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an outstanding applicant able to work efficiently and creatively alongside top wet-lab scientists and analysts.
